Frosty Friday: a waste of gas

Note to self, don't drive half way accross the country in wind and rain when in Iceland. We just wasted a whole tank of gas and drove for over 8 hours in the rain... looking for the sun. But the longer we drove for the crazier the weather got... So we decided to hurry on home. When we were in Grundafjörður I was pretty sure we were gonna have to stay there overnight because of the fog, wind and rain up on the mountain. But we braved the weather and got into town in time for karaoke downtown with some friends. I am so glad we made it off that mountain alive!
